As a physical therapist, I have the opportunity to combine my strength and conditioning background, physical preparation skills, and rehabilitation techniques all into one. My goal is to deliver a premium product to patients using the latest scientific literature, my experience, and patient collaboration to optimize outcomes. I have a thorough understanding of exercise physiology and the demands that life may pose on an individual, both physically and psychologically.
Following the completion of my Master's in Exercise Physiology and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I desired to expand further my knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries with the intent of optimizing rehabilitation outcomes following a variety of injuries. This lead me to Hand & Ortho, where I completed a residency in orthopedics.
I am actively working with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, including those from Utah Valley University, Brigham Young University, Southern Utah University, and Real Salt Lake. In my free time, I operate a business as a strength and conditioning coach and also serve as a home health physical therapist for patients in Salt Lake County. When I am not working, you can find me camping, hunting, fishing, playing any ball sport, and lifting weights.
My purpose in life is to serve the community by healing individuals from their physical and mental injuries. I wish to help all become the strongest version of themselves and welcome everyone who walks into the door. I look forward to meeting you!
