My journey into physical therapy began as a young soccer player when knee pain from my running mechanics first introduced me to the power of rehabilitation. Through treatment at Hand & Orthopedic Physical Therapy, I not only returned to the field but also developed a deep respect for the profession and its role in helping people heal and thrive.
Over the years, repeated visits for various injuries only strengthened my connection to physical therapy and inspired me to pursue it as a career. After working as a physical therapy technician with Hand and Ortho, I realized my goal by earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky Mountain University.
During my training, I had the unique opportunity to experience both sides of rehabilitation—studying the science in the classroom while personally recovering from three separate disc herniations. These challenges shaped my perspective as a clinician, giving me greater empathy and insight into the patient journey.
Since then, I’ve continued to expand my skill set with advanced training in techniques such as Graston, Dry Needling, and Primal Reflex Release Technique. My passion lies in empowering patients to reduce pain, restore mobility, and regain confidence in their everyday lives and activities.
Whether you’re an athlete returning to the field, someone overcoming injury, or simply seeking to move with less pain, I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and get back to the life you love.
