I was born and raised in Orem, Utah but my family originally hails from the bay area in California, which explains my love for the 49ers and Giants. After serving an LDS mission in South Africa, I attended Brigham Young University, where I studied exercise science. Following my undergraduate course work, I received a master degree in occupational therapy from Touro University Nevada in 2009.
I am happily married and we have four fantastically rambunctious boys that keep us busy with a variety of activities. I enjoy staying active with all kinds of sports and outdoor recreation. As a family we love to travel, snow ski and wakeboard, watch movies and play anything with a ball. I have been working as a hand therapist since 2012 and I received my certification in hand therapy in 2015.
I absolutely love helping my patients get their lives back on track after an injury or a surgery. One of the most fulfilling things that I get to experience, is when my patients demonstrate the ability to do a task that they were unable to do before. I enjoy getting to know my patients, designing a treatment plan specifically designed for them and I am dedicated to helping them reach their goals.
